Straightline Sheet Metal offers a wide variety of standing seam panels.
UNA-CLAD UC-3: THis is a double locking standing seam system that uses mechical dealing for a durable, virtually, leak proof seal. UC-3 roofs create a traditional look, and allow specifed radius profiles to enhance the architect's design.
Standard UC-3 materials are 24GA painted steel with 35 year Kynar paint system. Also available in 24GA Galvalume Plus, .032 alumium, and 16oz Copper. This panel is offered as a tapered, convex, and concaved radius panel system.
UNA-CLAD UC-6: The double-lock standing seam systems utilizes proven Pittsburg Locking in conjuction with a floating concealed-clip assembly. This design allows for free expansion and contraction, and outstanding wind uplift resistance.
Standard UC-6 materials are 24GA painted steel with 35 years Kynar paint system. Also available in 24GA Galvalume Plus, .032 alumimum, and 16oz Copper.
UNA CLAD UC-11: this panel is a self locking, architectural standing seam metal roof panel that offers the designer the ability to design and specify low or high profile features with the installation simplicity of an integral snap-lock
seam while eliminating the need for clips. The panel is availible in a wide variety of materials and finishes including Kynar coated G-90 Galvanized Steel and Aluminum as well as Copper.
UNA-CLAD UC-14: The concealed-clip snap lock seam system eliminates the need for mechanical seaming or seperate battens, accommodating very long panels while maintaining free expansion and contraction capability.
Standard UC-14 materials are 24GA painted steel with 35 years Kynar paint systems. Also available in 24GA Galvalume Plus, .032 alumimum, and 16oz Copper.
